Gwen Cooper graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from the University of Florida, where she developed a passion for veterinary care and exotic animals. With over 12 years of experience in veterinary medicine, Gwen specializes in the unique care needs of exotic species. She began her career at a specialized exotic animal clinic in Miami, where she gained extensive expertise in anesthesia, surgery, and rehabilitation for a variety of exotic animals. Throughout her career, Gwen has demonstrated a commitment to excellence in animal care, focusing on providing compassionate and specialized treatment to ensure the well-being of her patients.

A certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) and an active member of the National Association of Veterinary Technicians in America (NAVTA), Gwen continues to advance her knowledge and skills in veterinary medicine. Beyond clinical practice, she enjoys educating pet owners about exotic animal care and welfare. Gwen's dedication to her profession is reflected in her comprehensive approach to veterinary care, emphasizing tailored treatment plans and proactive health management for each exotic species under her care.
